  • Prologis Park Prague-Chrastany enjoys a premium location close to major arteries, transport hub-sand nodes, and consumption centers. Prologis Park Prague-Chrastany is a new park that is being developed in the highly prized logistics locality of Prague. The park, with zoning for industrial production, services and warehousing, will comprise two buildings of 14,478 square meters each, with the first planned for completion in 2020. Each facility will be constructed using BIM modelling techniques and offer the ultimate in modern, sustainable solutions and above-standard features, including LED lighting, solar hot water heating in the office spaces, online smart metering for utilities, thicker thermal and roof insulation, 10-meter clear height, and 26 loading docks. The buildings will be submitted for BREEAM accreditation.
