  • Prologis Park Prague D1 Ostredek occupies a prime location on the main D1 arterial route, near exit 34. The park’s excellent location allows easy travel to the Prague city center in just 30 minutes, while other major Czech city centers such Brno or Ostrava are within 1.5 and 3.5 hours, respectively. The site also provides easy access to markets in Slovakia, Austria, Hungary and Poland.
Prologis Park Prague D1 Ostredek is a new park in the highly sought-after Prague logistics. Completion of the first development totaling 8,800 square metres is planned for Q3 2019. The facility will offer customers sustainable and above-standard features including LED lighting, solar hot water heating in the office space, online smart metering for utilities, thicker thermal and roof insulation, 10-meter clear height, and increased loading dock ratio of one dock per 370 square meters. The building will be submitted for BREEAM.
